Track Your App is made by fellow Express Entry applicants. People waiting on the very same decisions you are.
We went through it too
We started where you probably are now. Somewhere in the Express Entry process, a little anxious, with far too many browser tabs open. We read everything we could find: the official IRCC pages, Reddit threads, community spreadsheets, scattered blog posts. Then we tried to piece the whole journey together in our own heads.
What to sort out before you apply. How to put a profile together and wait for an Invitation to Apply. What to do the moment that ITA finally arrives, and the long stretch of steps that follows, all the way to a final decision.
So we put it all in one place
The information was out there, but it was scattered across a dozen places and a hundred conversations. This site is our attempt to collate and consolidate it into one calm, honest place: real community timelines, the CRS draw history, the official IRCC processing times, and plain-language guides. So the next person does not have to start from zero, the way we did.
Still being built, with you
We are still in the queue ourselves, waiting on our own final decisions. And this is very much a work in progress. We are actively building it out and folding in more as we learn, so expect it to keep growing: more guides, more data, and more of the small things we wish we had found sooner. If something would have helped you, it probably belongs here too.

Vijay
Co-conspirator · Data & Analytics
By day Vijay works in data and analytics, turning numbers into stories people can use. Track Your App is that same instinct pointed at his own Express Entry wait: one calm place that makes sense of a thousand scattered data points.
Arva holds a Master of Education from OISE at the University of Toronto, focused on student success and experiential learning, with years inside Canadian universities supporting students, faculty, and program teams. Through her own practice, Ezzi Clarity, she makes complicated systems clearer without pretending they are simpler than they are. That same instinct for honesty, realism, and clarity runs through this whole site.
Between us we speak six languages, and we are both learning French as we go.
